Becoming a mother has a marvellous impact on your life and transforms it forever; my mission is to make sure that the possible negative impact on your body is as minimal as possible.

I am specialized in perineal and abdominal re-habilitation, ,relaxation, and preparing you the resumption of sports activities.

Post-pregnancy physiotherapy should ideally start six weeks after delivery, although it is never too late! Please, contact me as soon as you have had your baby, so we can agree on a first appointment.

Individual sessions are on Tuesdays and Thursdays and group workouts are announced on the ‘workshop’ page of the site.
